Crafting the Oystery View Experience: A Modern Mediterranean by the Sea

Oystery View is a passion project that allowed me to explore how design can bring a restaurant’s story to life. Nestled on a beautiful California beach, the restaurant combines the relaxed, sun-soaked vibes of the coast with the vibrant, timeless energy of the Mediterranean.

For this project, I created three logo variations that each capture a different facet of the brand—elegance, playfulness, and the calming influence of the ocean. To add personality and depth, I designed custom tiles and hand-drawn illustrations, weaving a visual language that feels cohesive across every touchpoint.

The menu and welcoming area were thoughtfully designed to draw guests in from the moment they arrive, balancing clean modern lines with the warmth and charm of a Mediterranean escape. Every detail, from typography to color palette, was selected to make the space feel intentional, inviting, and memorable.
